We install NFPA-compliant fire sprinkler systems for commercial builds, hospitals, and schools. Run the estimator — get a number before you pick up the phone.
Estimates based on NFPA 13 (2022 ed.) standard coverage areas. Final head count and hydraulic calculations determined during formal engineering review.
Click any phase to see deliverables, timelines, and applicable code sections. This is how a Suppress project runs — from the first walk to the final signature.
Physical walk-through of all floors, ceiling plenum access, structural member identification, existing MEP coordination. We leave with measured drawings and a confirmed scope letter — no guessing in the hydraulic calcs.
Deliverables
Demand-based hydraulic analysis using SprinkCAD. Water supply data from utility test or on-site flow test. We size every pipe segment, verify residual pressure at the most remote head, and document the safety margin.
Deliverables
Full permit-ready shop drawing package: head layout, pipe routing, hanger schedule, riser diagram, and equipment cut sheets. Formatted to AHJ requirements. We track the submittal through the plan review cycle and respond to all correction notices within 48 hours.
Deliverables
Main, cross-main, and branch line installation per approved drawings. All pipe threaded or roll-grooved per schedule. Hangers at code-required intervals. Coordination meetings with GC superintendent at phase entry and weekly thereafter.
Deliverables
Sprinkler head installation after ceiling finish. Escutcheon plates, recessed trim rings, and cover plates installed per reflected ceiling plan. Concealed heads torqued to manufacturer spec. Final visual inspection by PM before calling for AHJ.
Deliverables
System flush per NFPA 13 §29.1, main drain test, and inspector's test valve flow verification. We document actual residual pressures against the approved hydraulic calcs. Discrepancies resolved before AHJ inspection is scheduled.
Deliverables
We attend every AHJ inspection. If a correction notice is issued, we track each item to closure and re-inspect at no additional mobilization charge. You get a signed inspection record and the fire suppression line item cleared on your certificate of occupancy checklist.
Deliverables
All phases above reflect a standard commercial new-construction project. Retrofit and phased-occupancy projects may require adjusted sequencing. Phase durations assume permit-ready drawings and unobstructed ceiling access. AHJ response times not included.
CMS compliance, infection control requirements, and occupied-space coordination. We schedule rough-in around patient care areas and maintain infection control barriers throughout.

CO delays due to fire suppression
"Suppress submitted a clean package first time through. No correction notices, no delays. The AHJ signed off in one visit. That's the first time that's happened on a project this size."
